Safe access to river banks to launch remote boats or access channel sensors

Hi All

How do your organisations build ways to safely access the river… we currently have a lot of cableway systems not in operation and are looking at ways to safely launch remote boats with things such as boat ramps or steps rather than slipping down a grass/muddy bank. Both steps and slipways have their pros and cons for safety, cost and maintenance.
