Latest version of charter

We mentioned the IHG charter in today’s call.  For your interest, I am attaching the last version of the charter that I have.  I sent this file to Mark back in March of last year.  He may have a more recent version.

If everyone think it is a good idea, I can create a page on the homepage with the charter.

I think putting this on the websit would be good. Perhaps an “About” button or menu item that takes you to the page. I have edited the document to reflect IHG rather than IHA and a few other edits.

I’ve revised the charter to incorporate Dave’s suggestions.  There is still a question that I raised about the leadership section.  Unless someone has some definite opinions on that subject, I propose leaving it vague for now.
